Although for the first confinement I was happy because it was solemn to be in my countryside house with all my family, to my mind the pandemic had bad effects.

In fact, during the second and third confinement it was like I hadn’t life. In my case I didn’t go to University because mine was closed (while some were opened). I had my classes in remote and just that. We hadn’t the right to go at restaurant, make parties or meet your friends.

So for me, it’s was really complicated because I didn’t feel free and experienced this as an injustice.

I know that for a lot of people and specially for a lot of student, the situation was really complicated. Many cases of depression, suicide and post-COVID trauma have been reported.

So yes, I can say that I have a negative impression of pandemic COVID.

During the confinement, the association had put in place several ways to keep in touch with the young people and continue to motivate them and help them with their homework.
Very quickly, some of the students did not give any more news. Worried, the director of the association tried to understand what was going on and discovered that some families could not feed themselves properly anymore. This meant that the students could no longer concentrate on their homework. So, she decided to collect as much food and hygiene products as possible and to distribute them clandestinely to the families in need. Thanks to her, entire families were able to survive the pandemic a little better.

J'ai choisi cette université en raison de sa grande réputation, de sa qualité d'enseignement et de la possibilité de rencontrer des étudiants et des professeurs étrangers. Dans mon temps libre, j'aime sortir avec mes amis, voyager, découvrir de nouveaux endroits et des gens différents, lire, aller au cinéma et au théâtre. J'aime l'art et la musique et je ne peux pas vivre sans eux!

Mais, au Vietnam, c'était très strict. En fait, je ne pouvais pas quitter la maison (l'exception: pour acheter les nécessités) pour trois mois. Àpres un moment, ça devenir une experience solitaire, et je voulais revenir à l'école avec mes amis.

Je n'ai pas été surpris par le contenu de cette vidéo sur Covid et son effet pour l'éducation en France. Parce que mes deux parents sont étudiants, j'ai souvent entendu les angoisses des parents. Beaucoup d'étudiants, comme mes camarades de classe, ont eu du mal d'étudier en ligne. Une des conséquences de la pandémie de COVID dans les écoles est qu'ils avaient un connexion internet faible, ou ils habitaient dans une environnement bruyant à maison. Bien sur, Covid avait un effet négatif sur la santé mentale et les études.

Surtout les enseignants plus âgés. Je sais par expérience personnelle que les jeunes enfants avaient également besoin de l'aide de leurs parents pour être en mesure car j'ai dû donner quelques cours d'anglais en ligne. L'une des conséquences de la pandémie de COVID dans les écoles est que les enfants n'avaient pas été en mesure de faire face à l'apprentissage en ligne et devaient rattraper beaucoup de matériel après leur retour en classe. De plus, l'apprentissage en ligne a entraîné des difficultés de communication pour les enfants. Les gens de tous âges se sentaient effrayés et abattus.
