It was clear that she had a passion for childcare and was eager to gain an apprenticeship. Since being on programme, Shania has worked really hard to enable herself to progress towards an apprenticeship and has successfully gained one. Well done Shania!
 
Many of our traineeship students are often successful in gaining jobs and apprenticeships before, or at the end of the course, and several students have ended up staying and being employed by the employer where they did their traineeship placement.
 
Shania came to us to help her gain a childcare apprenticeship. At her interview she was fantastic, and the employer was so impressed at the knowledge she had already. When calling the employer to see how she was getting on they had nothing but good things to say. They said, ‘’Honestly, Shania is fantastic, she has bonded with all the children and even uses Makaton with some of the children that require this communication’’. 
 
In class, Shania has sat and completed the following exams: Prevent, keeping safe and mental wellbeing. Shania was a great addition to the classroom; she was able to voice her opinions in an articulate manner.
