Think- Pair-Share
In this strategy you can put two different levels of knowledge learners to join in pairs to allow each other to learn from one another this is considered as higher-order thinking. In this strategy, there will be collaboration, communication, engagement and motivation built between the pairs. We feel this is a good strategy to use for assessment as you can learn from other learners as well as gain more knowledge and understanding.

Open-ended questions that gets them writing/talking.
This strategy allows learners to engage with the teacher whilst peers learn from one another during the process of open-ended questions. This increases communication quality during lessons because learners start to display their understanding and misunderstanding which leads to clarification in the classroom environment. Many learners benefit from this as they are also learning from these open-ended questions and any of their misunderstandings may get clarified even if they have not expressed it with the teacher. Using this strategy can lead to discussion in the classroom between peers and the teacher which in turn promotes collaboration, communication, and engagement in the classroom. Understanding is easily gained which motivates learners within the classroom environment.

( Think, Pair, Share)
-In this strategy you as a teacher will put the learners according to their performance or in a way you know them best to work with each other as you obviously know what they are good in or lacking in.
- In this chosen pair, they will help each other as they engage in the given topic , think of ways to Better explain it to each other if they do not that is where you can try assist
- It motivates learners to learn from one another .
- Them being paired already complements the instruction of engage, collaborate because they are working together to produce an end goal of developing in a particular topic.
- There obviously can not be any form of working together without talking to each other , and the this for example in the context of energy and power you could pair the learners as two and then they share ideas together for example what they think power is and they share their view by communicating
- And also as they reach a certain conclusion, they would need to discuss together let’s say for example the question says how is energy helpful in our lives, they would now have to explain how the power helps them in their everyday life and as a result to reach the reasons to that there’s a high development of High order thinking amongst the learners and there is improvement in the thinking of the subject context / chapter

Think-pair-share

This strategy will enable learners to exchange ideas and learn better as they will be having different point of views to the given topic. Learners will come back and give feedback to the class according to what they have discussed with their pairs. This strategy will allow learners to engage and collaborate with other learners and hear what their peers think about the topic. This strategy will also allow learners not to be subjected to one point of view that will enhance their thinking skills.

Chosen strategy is Peer instruction
Collaborate: leaners get to work in small groups, they get to improve their learning as they transfer knowledge in each other's minds. And also help them to problem solving skills as they analyze and discuss different ideas to find best solution and they also get to develop their own problem solving skills.
Engagement: As they work with one another, it encourages them to discuss and debate ideas..work together on problem solving and share their knowledge with others to become more productive and efficient.
In communication it helps knowledge to stick and develop social and emotional learning at the same time by bringing peers together to teach one another, that's where we reinforcing learning for all.

We chose quiz because we believe that it helps learners identify what they know and what they don't know. It makes teaching more easier for teachers to know where learner's might need help. It also helps learners to have better understanding or idea of how well they grasp material. A quiz is a quick and informal assessment for learners knowledge. It can be used to test learners level of comprehension and help in concentration too. A quiz can support differentiation and provide pre-teaching, assessment for learning, self assessment and summative information about the progress. It can also be a great way to help with revision and a fun tool to help enthuse learners to engage in their learning.
