I learned how the Nez Perce people made their food and drink. One way they got food was they fished. There were many different ways for fishing. One way was building a dam with dirt, rocks and fallen trees. Then when fish got trapped they would scoop them up. Another thing the Nez Perce ate was many different barriers, like, strawbarries, blueberries, wild grapes, huckleberries, serviceberries, currants, cranberries, nad many more! Something they made to drink was honey or maple syrup in water to make punch. Another thing they drank was ice could water from mountain streams or rivers.
