I wouldn't eat, drink, talk, or get out of my room. I kept going over old memories and regretting everything I didn't get to say and do with her. I then remembered a song that the Church would play every Saturday morning. That song was my grandma's favorite. She would get out of bed singing it and with a great smile on her face. She was the sun and light to my Saturday mornings. I decided to play the song and I broke down crying because I could still hear and see her singing the song at the top of her lungs. I decided to sing that song too. Now I play it every Saturday morning to honor her and to remember her.

We had a good time, explored, and played in the snow. When it was time to leave we packed up and got ready for the long trip. Through the car ride, it was loud and boring. My little brother was crying because he was bored and his head was hurting and my little sister was whining about how long the car ride was. My mom decided to play some songs and her song choice was not the best so we decided to take turns and choose songs we wanted to listen to. Before we knew it, we were almost home.

Once I was really upset because my day kept getting worse and worse. It was incident after incident. I got home and wanted to cry but instead I went to lay down down and started playing some music and somehow it seemed to soothe me more than I expected it to. I ended up falling asleep. When I woke up I was feeling much better and I was ready to give the day another chance.
