The difference between equality and equity is equality means treating everyone the same no matter their race or skin colour. When equity means giving everyone the same opportunities and giving everyone what they need to be successful. 
2. Why might people view equity as being unfair?
Because sometimes people think they are being fair and other may not. I do not think giving people the same opportunities to be successful is right because is everyone has the same abilities everyone will be the same and no one will be unique.

Equality means treating each other equal no matter what race,gender or sexual orientation.Then equity means making everyone successful and giving great opportunities so they see the same.An example is why is the level uneven between women and men.The tennis ,the women only got 3 rounds while the men received another 2 rounds how unfair. No one deserves to be treated uneven so we should make change.
Why does other people view equity as unfairness?

The Difference between them is that one is when you are being fair for example if you get $8 and your friend gets $4 to be equal give your friend $2 and thats EQUITY.
