PA team started anew with 2-3 folks when Q2 read outs happened. Came a long way in creating a road-map for Q3 read-outs. Beyond that with changing landscape, product launch priorities, ad hoc requests, change controls and dynamics of what's needed - very nimbly adapted, changed and optimized the Q3 features and delivered to the T. With noticeable efficiency, firmed up Q4 road-map, created entire 2021 road-map as well in record time. The teams also utilized numerous ceremonies and best practices of SAFe even though not formally running Agile. Numerous teams members in teams are "cross functional", able to wear multiple hats. Dream work is TEAM WORK :) - Ruchir

PA BAs have been at the forefront to face the dynamics, uncertainties, turbulence of changing landscapes, priorities and new curve-balls coming their way as we chiseled and clarified our work in Q3, now in Q4. They are the liaison b/w Business and Technology, understanding integral nuances and mind-set from product teams, relaying to IT and countless to-n-fro. They also delve into deeper echelons of data given the PA nature - scaling from 50,000ft to micron view. But that made them strong, pseudo SMEs sitting outside LOBs, Systems - and have learnt and know things now even better than some of the indigenous players. Very proud of them and their invaluable, unsung contributions!! Keep it up folks!! - Ruchir

One of the key aspects that emerged in PA was extreme and existential need to coordinate multiple data use cases x-LOB and products involving intricacies of data restrictions, contracts, NDAs, PHI/PII, HIPAA. Then traversing path of legal counsel review, coordination, CIAR process and approvals. This also plays a role in expediting or creating stalemate when we want to do PA type work beyond silos of individual LOBs. Rachita handled this, documented info, developed relationships w/ Legal Group, developed work-flow, socialized and stream-lined. Good job and helped avoid chaotic and redundant efforts. - Ruchir
