The ups are, you get to spend a good time with your friends and have a good time. a yes day can be a fun break for students and they get to have fun. the downs are the day has no learning and the teacher dose not get to do her job. mostly good things come from a yes day so I would do one for the fun and the time with friends.

The ups and downs of yes day is there are many. They have to be in school grounds and safe. But that does not mean you can't have fun. You can have extra recess and do activity's. If you hate math you can also ask for fun math. But don't ask anything like leaving school. If you want yes day than you have to earn it. But things that you can ask is can we have class out side. The up for yes a there are thing that you cant sometimes do in a normal day of school. The up's are like going out side when it is not the time or no math, all of the the things. the downs are nothing because there are things that you do not do In a normal day yes day is a free day in school that teachers do to make things fun. the teachers are not the lam ones the do just work.

The ups are how it could entertain you, although there is a boundary. Witch you can say is a down but if not, then it maybe be an up. The downs are that it could effect how you act if you aren't responsible. Also they can become cocky and rub it in so as long as your responsible then you can have a fun day for everyone.
