A strong teams also very important in business activities. a wide and positive mindset of a teams is really needed to run the business smoothly. A minor conflict is common when we work as a teams but never forget that all things can be faced and solve without any misunderstanding.

In the beginning, I was nervous about how students would respond to the product. I had to learn how to identify my target market, which in this case included both male and female students who were interested in affordable yet high-quality fragrances. One of the first challenges was setting a competitive price while still maintaining a profit margin. After some research and peer feedback, I found a pricing strategy that worked well for the student budget.

Marketing was another critical component. I used simple promotional methods such as word-of-mouth, social media (mainly Instagram and WhatsApp groups), and physical flyers around campus. I also set up a small booth during campus events to increase visibility. I learned that presentation and customer engagement were key to attracting attention. Providing testers allowed potential customers to experience the product before purchasing, which boosted trust and sales.

Through this project, I developed essential soft skills such as communication, negotiation, time management, and teamwork. I also got hands-on experience in budgeting, stock management, and customer service. One of the biggest lessons I learned was that entrepreneurship requires patience, adaptability, and confidence.

Overall, selling perfume on campus helped me understand what it takes to run a small business. It pushed me out of my comfort zone and gave me practical experience beyond the classroom. I am grateful for this opportunity, and it has inspired me to continue exploring entrepreneurial ventures in the future.

Other than that, working as part of the promoter team for our perfume business project was a valuable experience. I learned how to effectively communicate product features, engage potential customers, and promote our brand. It taught me the importance of teamwork, time management, and adapting strategies based on customer feedback. I also developed confidence in public speaking and marketing. Facing real-time challenges helped me think creatively and solve problems quickly. Overall, this project enhanced my understanding of business promotion and gave me practical experience that will be useful in future endeavors. It was both a learning and rewarding journey for me.

At first, I had a concern about our business. I thought that our group wouldn't gain a lot of customers. This is because not a lot of people have an interest in our product compared to food and beverages. But to my surprise, we're able to sell our product to university students, our family members, and the neighbourhood. I am also glad to have these people to be my group members. They are very active and supportive of each other. Besides that, everyone is open to others' opinions and advice. I hope that we can be a group member again in the future.

Besides that i was happy because i was entrusted as a seller to sell the perfume to customers. We sell the product not only for university students, even also my family, old friends, my neighbor and villagers. My customers are very supportive to our business so that i can pass well in MPU subject. I would like to give thanks to my groupmate and customers to success this project and i hope we can do this again in the future.

At first, our group experienced some difficulty in determining the product to sell, but this matter was overcome by having a consensus between all group members. I felt very relieved because our group was able to work well together and give their respective opinions. Furthermore, this project also opened my eyes to the importance of teamwork, clear division of tasks, and effective marketing strategies to make the project a success. In addition, I also learned that we need to be more courageous in taking initiatives without fear of failure. This is because it provides valuable experience for us to be able to improve shortcomings in carrying out business activities in the future. Reflection for the Foundation of Entrepreneurship and Inculturation course, I have gained many meaningful experiences, particularly through our group business activity. At the beginning, I faced some challenges adjusting to working with new group members, as we had never collaborated before. However, this turned out to be a valuable opportunity to improve my communication skills and build mutual understanding among the team.

Initially, we encountered some disagreements regarding the type of product to sell. There were various opinions, but we managed to resolve the issue professionally by listening to everyone's views. Eventually, we agreed to sell a Pen Perfume product.

Although our sales process started later than other groups due to the product taking nearly two weeks to arrive, we made good use of the waiting time by preparing promotional materials such as posters and setting up a business account. Once the product arrived, we launched our sales campaign and received a positive response from UNIMAS students as well as external customers.

This activity helped me enhance my interaction skills with customers. I also learned a lot about marketing, such as how to effectively promote products, build customer trust, and manage business finances. Additionally, I was able to apply and strengthen soft skills like problem-solving, critical thinking, and effective communication in real-life situations.

This experience also taught me the importance of patience, perseverance, and not giving up easily. I learned that every problem has a solution, as long as we are willing to work together and stay committed. In the end, we successfully reached our profit target.

My hope after completing this course is to use the knowledge and experience gained to start a small business in the future, if given the opportunity. This course has not only provided a strong foundation in entrepreneurship but also developed my confidence and interest in the field of business and economics. Overall, I am very satisfied and grateful for all the lessons and experiences shared, and I would like to thank everyone who guided and supported us throughout this activity.

In the beginning, we had face many challenges. We had to decide on the product, wait for stock that we buy from our saller thru shopee, and figure out the best way to reach our customers. But through good communication and strong teamwork, we managed to overcome those problems and build a brand we were proud of social media became our main marketing tool, and I saw how powerful platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp and TikTok that can be help us to do the for small businesses.

This project not only improved my confidence and communication skills but also helped me understand how much effort goes into running a business. From promoting to packaging, every detail mattered.
