         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><em>Ideology</em></strong>  <br><br>Since we are supposed to create a website, I was thinking about creating  a website similar to gumtree but only to exchange financial instruments. <br><br>This is where people can upload the images of goods what they really don't need  anymore but instead of selling the item in market he or she surf through this website and find somethin important and make a deal with the other party.<br><br>For a example let's say you've got a mobile phone which you don't need anymore but you've find a TV that you like in the website. so you can contact the person who has the TV and make a deal through the website to exchange the items.<br>So I'm naming this website as WWW.BARTER.COM.AU</div>]]></description>
