The struggle I was facing when taking part in this twitter chat was that the people were reading and interpenetrating the questions differently. For example question four asked what is an instructional strategy you feel is a strength for you and how can you further grow in that area? Chad Runkle seemed to have answer the question how I expected, but there were some educators were talking about the strengths of their students which I was not expecting. This educational chat group did involve various questions seeming to focus on teaching strengths and how you pull those into your classroom or your lessons to make it you and more fun for your students. I thought this educational chat was very involving, however, I prefer conversations in person to answer questions and bounce ideas off of.
