One of them being, you don't have to fit into the stereotypes just because society said so. It's amazing to prove the stereotypes wrong. The second thing I took away from this is, even when minorities are just young kids they are still categorized by their ethnicity and skin color. My third and final take-away from this is, that I never had to deal with this.
