·       1 medium dried coconut

·       2 cups of rice

·       Salt to  taste

·       150 grams of brown sugar

·       10 ml of oil

·       2 liters of water

·       1 green banana

·       2 Fish(lebranches)

      First of all wash the fish with plenty of water and vinegar, after  wash the rice and scratch the coconut. Next you need 10 ml of oil in the bowl, when you have done this, add the coconut and leave it for then 10 minutes to low heat. Then add the brown sugar until the two ingredients are mixed. Afterwards add 2 liters  of water until it boils. This is a good time to add 2 cups of rice and add salt to taste and let it cook for 20 minutes. Finally add oil to the cauldron and add the fish to fry. Last , cut the green banana into four portions and add them to the cauldron with oil over high heat and ready to eat a delicious plate from the Colombian Caribbean.
