I can be significant in the Church by actively participating in Church and school activities like outreach programs. I can also seek spiritual formation and education, like Catechism. I can also teach younger children about the word of God. I can also share my time and talents for Church services. I can also share my own ideas with the Church like on how to get more people to join Enrichment programs.

Our words should be “good for building up someone in need, so that it gives grace to those who hear” (Eph. 4:29). Also, make yourself available to be spoken to.

As a Lourdesian and lay faithful Catholic, my role as a baptized Catholic and an ordinary member of the Church to become significant within the Church hierarchal structure is to do evangelizing and spreading the word of God. By actively participating in the Holy Mass every Sunday and sharing the word of God to my friends, family members, relatives, etc. By respecting the leaders of the Church which is the priests, bishops etc.

The Church is hierarchical because it helps to prevent false teaching by having one strong teacher who can communicate the right beliefs. I can also spread the word of God to other people based on the learnings received from the Church, teach little children about the Church and God's word and apply this teachings in my everyday activites.
