For all of the event I did work with a partner, I worked with Isaac on the bobsled, Dylan for the skiing event, and Greysen for the curling event. I learned that if you put wings on your skies it will not work. I would not put  wings on the skies.</pre>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<pre>I thought that the zipper was hard. The reason that it was hard was because the 2 halves would not fit together all of the way. I really couldn't solve the problem, the only thing I did was that I kept trying and trying until it was time to switch stations. I felt like this is going to be really, really tough. The advantages are that you could grip/hold a water bottle easier, you can grip a pencil easier, and finally you could color/shade a picture easily than what ypu could without a thumb. </pre>]]></description>

         <title>Joint Reflection</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<pre>I had to preform tasks with stiff fingers(task group B). I only got to one of the tasks and it really wasn't that hard to be honest. The hardest part was holding the scissors and cutting the circle out. I compensated by just dealing with the problem. The physical feature that help us in everyday life is our fingers/joint, our legs/feet, and our whole body in general.</pre>]]></description>

         <title>Muscle/Muscle Fatigue Reflection</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<pre>You have more than 600 different muscles in your body. You have involuntary muscles, muscles you can't control, and voluntary muscles, the muscles you can control. You need muscles for all types of movement, to breath, and to produce body heat. The types of muscle in you body are the skeletal muscle, helps moves you bones, your cardiac muscle, muscle of the heart, and your smooth muscles, the muscle of your esophagus, stomach, intestines, etc. Two things that I learned from the muscle fatigue experiment is that when your muscles are working hard they produce this acid called Lactic Acid, which is made from Glycogen. I also learned that you cardiac muscles or your smooth muscles get muscle fatigue.  </pre>]]></description>

         <title>Washer Investigation</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>First, we poured some hot water into a styrofoam cup and took the temperature of that. Then, we put room temperature metal washers into the water then took the temp. of the that. We found that the temp. of the washers, before we put them into the cup, was 86°. The temp. of the hot water, before the washers came into to play,&nbsp; was 120°. For the second experiment, we heated up the washers to 120°. Then, we poured room temp. water, which was 72°, into a styrofoam cup. For that experiment, we found that the washer cooled down to 82° and the water heated up to 92°. This happened because of conduction, when fast-moving particles hit slower-moving particles and increase their speed; heat is transferred. The other reason is that heat rises and cold sinks, duh.</div>]]></description>
