Often it is a clash in terms of POV and beliefs. In a school context, colleagues and KPs might have to adjust to the SL whenever there is leadership transition. Different focus and working style - some which might not suit you. Seek to understand the SL. If you still cannot adapt, then request for a change. Staying on will make you become v negative.
