This is a typical scene that one would see on the brophy campus.

This scene is a major part of my daily Brophy life and is where I spend most of my time. I think this scene displays academics as well as the sports and social aspects of Brophy life.

This project was much different than taking a single photo because it took a lot more planning and patience to edit. In single photos, I usually do not spend as much time on the editing side but Hockney is photoshop based. Hockney does take an interesting approach with detail and exposure because you can have different times of the day as seen in one of my photos.

I had not spent a lot of time using photoshop before this assignment but I really enjoyed editing and figuring it out. It made me want to use photoshop more than Pixelmator because you can do a great deal more at a better quality. One thing about photoshop is that I think it is more beneficial once I know more of the short cuts and spend even more time editing in it.
