Problem - Not good customer service
Title - Bad attention for the people. 
Sentence first - In Mexico the doctors do not treat people with respect, the people complain about abuse.
Sentence Second -  The nurses have a bad temper and sometimes they yell at people to wait until the doctors arrive.
Conclusion Sentence - Customer service, is very important and especially in hospitals, we need to raise our voice to be heard because we all have the right to be treated with respect and dignity...and with good care.
