My essay will be divided into five parts. 
The first paragraph: I will explain my position and give the definition of merger and acquisition.
The second paragraph: Mergers and acquisitions will bring larger market share and new markets. Then I will give some examples about them.
The third paragraph: mergers and acquisitions will lead to fewer costs and higher profits. Analyze from the aspects of company scale, suppliers, employees, etc.
The fourth paragraph: many governments offer tax reductions once M&A are complete. 
Conclusion: mergers and acquisitions are beneficial in many aspects.

We discussed adding concluding sentences to my body paragraphs that summarise the main idea covered in the paragraph and link back to answer the essay question of “To what extent”? So, I will add these sentences at the end of the two paragraphs I have already written.
