Somehow I felt stressed/afraid... because we may get the chance to host the final pupil/teacher exchange (when the KA 2 project will be approved).
When I told Rita about that (first day of the course) she said (if I remember correctly): "Don't worry, if there will be a problem, think about that, when it really turns up!" That relaxed me directly!
Now I feel so deeply relaxed and good prepared. I know that I can work very fast and effectively if there is a need to. But it looks like this will be the first task (in my whole life!) that I can just walk through. There will be hustle and bustle, for sure, but I know how and where I will get help AND in case of emergency I will think: "What would Rita do!".

Then the efforts becomes worth doing. Most of it, just organizes the knowledge we gained through practice.
Informal learning does not mean less acquisition.

I was able to learn a lot from the others today and I hope that we will soon have taken things a step further. I would like to start with smaller projects in my classroom first. I think it's important to spread the word and get other teachers on board as well. Only if several teachers join, we can manage to get internationality in our school.
In addition, I would also like to make use of the fact that we have many refugees with us at the school. We already have a lot of international students with us!

Planning a projects seems much more easier now, starting with a problem, or a wish or an interest of the pupils then you can put all the other aspects on top of it.
The key word is collaborative words: Students should work together on a problem and find out a solution; a product, or a result on their own.
