Hannah Senesh was born on July, 17 1921, in Budapest, Hungary. She had kept a diary from 13 to her death (She died at age 22). She had tried to escape from Hungary but shortly after she escaped she was caught by the Hungarian police and beaten an tortured.Later she went on trial she defended herself but she forbid share any information about he mission so she was executed by the fire squad.

Hannah made a great impact on the War as did the other Resisters,yet she did get caught and she did little it still made a difference even if it was small.She showed people that women could resist and that they all could she gave people the idea they could if they tried. She influenced others to step up to the plate, she showed great persevere to survive though she didn't, her courage will forever be told.

She resisted on June 7,1944 by crossing the border and putting her mother in danger by not disclosing information about her mission. Yet that was the right thing to do she put her mother and her own life in jeopardy. But that is exactly what a Resister is supposed to, a Resister will and would do anything to protect others even being murdered or murdering.

In 1939 Hannah became a Zionist and immigrated to Palestine showing her skill and courage. In 1943 Jewish agency's asked Hannah to join the clandestine military operation. She then became a member of Palmah and participated in a course of paratroopers.

Though she was a very tough and brave girl she had help of her mother while she was in jail. Since Hannah would not speak they arrested her mother so Hannah chose to save her self and her mother by being executed. Her mother then published Hannah's diary in 1950 to give honor and praise to her daughter.

While she was Captured by the police she was beaten and abused often. She had been tortured and held captive with no food. She was imprisoned 6-7 months before trial and she had little time left.

Hannah sacrificed herself so her mother would have a chance to survive and her story would be known. She sacrificed herself and put her mother in danger to save her because she knew God had her. That was a dangerous move though she did it and she did not survive her story was told by her mother.

When Hannah died they let her mother go her mother then found her way to a hide out Hungary. When the war ended she escaped and decided to go through her old house which was terrible she found the diary and read it. In the honor of her brave daughter she published the book in 1950.
