Using Zoom, OneDrive, Google Classroom to keep resources organized, similar to Canvas, w/built-in meeting.

Lorraine:One challenge is experienced in the class was the large number of students who did not have their cameras on; we had little participation and engagement.

Alternately, another class that had almost all their cameras on and the students all talked to each other, were engaged, answered questions. They joked and enjoyed learning.

Depends on classroom dynamics.

Accessibility to internet. Students being able to access quality internet at home. Parents limiting technology access after school work. Teachers learning how to teach online.

District implemented use of Google Classroom. Professional Development was provided for teachers that did not know how to use Google Classroom.

I used the Pediatrician's Association guidelines for student screen time, so I ignored the three hours that my district required for instruction. I did 30 minutes of live Zoom and then videos for families to use outside of that.
