         <description><![CDATA[<div>I feel like a good solution would be to talk to other world leaders and see how countries that are stable and that don't have that much of a problem could help. I also think its a good idea to teach them how to finance and actually give them a chance at good jobs </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div> Poverty is a big problem everywhere, even the untied states. it is an even bigger problem in third world places. for example half the people in sub-saharan Africa are living in extreme poverty. Most people are living on less 2 dollars a day which would really be able to sustain you. I honestly don't know how they make it work. I do think there is a solution though</div>]]></description>
