How is funding disbursed: Through European-wide open calls, and national managed open calls through designated national managing authorities.

What are the main differences between last year and next years?

Largely same structure (mobility, cooperation/partnerships, higher education, VET, youth, etc.) remains. 5.2 billion instead of 5 billion for 2025.

Introduces a new action: “European Partnerships for School Development” — aimed at supporting more cooperation and mobility in the school-education sector (primary/secondary/early childhood/ general education), to test and implement innovative teaching methods, bolster basic skills, civic engagement, democratic participation, and shared EU values.

The 2026 guide continues with the same four horizontal priorities:
1. Inclusion & Diversity
2. Digital Transformation
3. Environment / Fight against Climate Change
4. Participation in Democratic Life (civic engagement, EU values etc.)
Plus a new emphasis on basic skills, education quality at school level, civic/democratic values, and “Union of Skills” agenda.

Social economy actors benefit both from direct targeted measures and from broader support such as business incubators, culture/creative industries, urban initiatives and integrated territorial development strategies.

Part of Cohesion Policy: €392 billion across ERDF, ESF+, CF, JTF.

ERDF budget: €226 billion (2021–2027).

Purpose: Reduce regional disparities through innovation, green transition, connectivity, social inclusion, and local development.

Horizon Europe is structured in 3 pillars:

Eligible beneficiaries: public authorities, NGOs, social partners, education and training providers, local and regional authorities.

It offers 1–6 month business exchanges where participants can gain knowledge, skills, contacts, and international experience, while hosts benefit from fresh ideas and new collaboration opportunities.

Participation in EYE is free of charge for both “new entrepreneurs” and “host entrepreneurs”: there is no application fee or participation fee.

New entrepreneurs who take part in an exchange typically receive a monthly allowance (a “lump sum” grant) to help cover living costs (and sometimes travel) during their stay abroad.

In some cases (for example in Ireland), the grant available for a new entrepreneur in placement can reach up to about €1,100 per month.

Into intuition. Found out about EUNITA recently. Just began in the police department in Norway. Bringing quality systems into intuition. Working with extraoccular vision techniques. To bring intuition to people who feel lost in the world.

Vulnerable systems, systems under pressures, struggling through the day people,

One person (A) had become more aware of their body. Another (B) how she can experience more inspirations, ideas and creativity. The third (C) how energies sometimes resonate and how valuable and meaningful this is. From there, all sorts of things can unfold. (One hand can wash the other; people can help each other without a coach or create together.)

The importance of tuning in to nature. We can also tune in to each other.

There was a pleasant, beautiful atmosphere, and it was very interactive. As if we weren't working, as if it wasn't meaningful.

Very natural; we wanted to learn and share a lot. Two of the three were very curious about the other breakout rooms. We shared insights about what we had been talking about.

Actually Creativity, having inspirations, intuition, authenticity, energy/frequency and presence are all quite similar.

C's experience is that this can be guiding instead of specific thoughts, topics, or target groups.

The fruits of our conversation:
