I create e-learnings on (sometimes very) complex medical topics. By using NotebookLM, I can file all relevant sources and ask questions to find the answers I need for my e-learning content. Using the audio option I create podcasts to get understanding the topics myself. Because I wasn't able to find a human sparring partner for career exploration who was able to follow my questions and context I have experimented with https://app.seenapse.ai/ to brainstorm in a non-linear way. Just like I do with mindmaps. I needed a way to diverge in all my different thoughts and to be able to continue a previous specific track. It would be nice to find other alternatives. For now I am quite happy with https://notebooklm.google/ where I can use external sources to brainstorm about my own topics, but also the summaries/reflections of previous brainstorms. I like to think that the AI assistant can build on previous discussions so I don't have to write very long prompts.

I've set up a meeting with an expert on the topic fraud. I've used copilot for the interview structure and tips to make sure I got most out of our 30 min chat. Had the interview, recorded it and used the written transcript to put it back in copilot. I asked to create 2 organisation examples for fraud based on the interview and come up with 3 reflection questions to ask. Used that input for creating a microlearning. Biggest benefit? It's personalized for the organisation due to the examples and time efficient as the business expert only spent 30 min chatting about his favorite topic!

Im interested in many things AI but a practical example is the idea of AI Agents (or GPTs) that help people with real life tasks so they won't have to step out of work to get training to do a task.

A practicle example is creating an agent/gpt that helps employees setup their yearly performance, behavior/ development goals according to our organizations annual review methodology. Instead of sending people to a half day workshop on goal setting let them do it with an AI mentor that guides them through the process

In order to be able to advise others on how to best learn and use CoPilot for performance support on the job, I've been practicing with it myself. Doing some basic prompt engineering courses on LinkedIn (or you can ask CoPilot) was a great starting point. I'm still exploring but see great opportunities.

Using Co-Pilot 365 (inside tenant)

With this paid version I can add multiple documents like instructions for use and installation guides to help me with writing a script (narration) that is used to create a video instruction on how to work in an application with a specific task.

A SME usually records the demo. I use AI tools to convert this from speech to text. Then Co-pilot checks the narration to make it shorter, more consistent and checks it with the official documentation.

A finalized and approved transcript is added in another AI tool to convert it to speech with an AI voice over. That voice over is embeded again in the video with a video editing tool.

I didn't do it yet, but it has been my ambition to build a database of development projects implemented in Ethiopia categorised as "innovations". There have been thousands of them, many of them duplications of approaches and even failures. There must be a way to properly document them, identify and summarise key lesson, and make them available to the public. Starting with a few projects who are willing to submit their project reports, a well-structured AI integrated platform can be built. I am sure this and other courses I am taking will give me more insight to proceed.
