In my point of view, having robots in our lives is not a bad thing. Robots are capable to perform variety tasks precisely and consistently. However, we should not fully rely on robots because their Artificial Intelligence (AI) operates on emotionless logic. For instance, when people engage with chatbox, they are not always looking for a rational, logical answer instead they want emotional understanding, and they want to know that their feelings are valid and justified. Even the smartest AI chatbox cannot do that and will never have empathy feeling like humans.

i think that our reliance on robotics can be good and bad in certain aspect. Robots and other tech might be useful for human in this globalisation era that rely mostly on robotics especially for the manufacturer factory that based on their profit in producing many product in large quantity. But, when the robotics uses that related to automation, it may create jobs or raise wages if its use widely in our daily life. Furthermore, the fact that, for the most part, robots cannot service or program themselves ... yet. In theory, this will create new, high-skilled jobs for technicians, programmers and other newly essential roles. so yea, it can be good and bad

Technologies and robotics have advanced a lot over the years and it has definitely improved our lives, that is an undeniable fact. However, note that not many people are able to keep up to date to the current machines used, especially the older generations. When they travel alone, they tend to get confused in regards of the usage of the machines, such as the kiosk booth at the airport and at the movie theater. The younger generations are able to understand its usage, some may even offer to help those who are confused, but many of those in the middle-age range tends to misunderstand or aren't able to use it. It tends to bring more disadvantages to the elders.
