How we decided to warm up was by doing an improvisation activity. Were we stood in a circle and 2 people stood in the middle of the circle. Those 2 people create any scene they wanted to start off with. The people on the outside were allowed to stop the scene and swap with someone and create a totally different scene of choice. 

Afterwards we did an activity were there are always 3 people in the front of the audience, those 3 people pick up a line to say or a command to do. For example 1 person would say "Houses of quality" and someone else would have a card that says repeat what someone else has said". The only stipulation is there must be at least 3 people on the stage.

The final activity was, the whole group was split into 3 groups. Each group was given a few lines that we had previously created and a few commands. We was told to create a performance with the given lines. Our group used physical theatre when talking about "Houses of quality", and near the end we added a small dance to represent dancers in the street. We did not know that we were performing to the level 2 performing arts students, so we had a small shock before we performed it. 

I liked this session because it made us constantly think of ideas on the spot with little or no context during the initial warm up and the final activity.
