pond water has a lot of dirty bacteria, and tap water has clean minerals added to it. So, the tap water is safe for the humans. The pond water has a lot of shades that the sun hits the water and it makes refelction to the pond water. Because if you don't remove all the bad minerals in the water, we can die, or get poisioned because of the animals like ducks poop in the water. I never drank out of the pond because I know that there are a lot of bacteria in them that may or may not harm you.
