This ensures that learners are able to study a variety of topics more fully as well as at their own pace. Another way that technology tools can enhance learning is by creating a rich and interesting learning experience. Making use of games, quizzes and virtual reality can help in better understanding of complex notions easier and even more fun. Online collaboration tools, can be effectively used by the students in a bid to work on assignments, brainstorm, and teach each other. Lastly, technological tools can modify the learning context through addressing personal skills and preferences. For instance, intelligent tutoring systems will enhance the learning experience by giving effective guidance and feedback to individual learners, while the adaptive learning platforms will modify the content difficulty level to the learner based on his or her progression.</p><p>------------------------------------------------------------</p><p><strong>ANSWER:&nbsp; </strong>The teacher from the video takes advantage of an array of teaching methods in an attempt to involve the third-grade students in learning. She implements the use of<strong> technology based tools</strong> amongst other methods in her lessons. She utilizes an application for quick instruction to the whole class and websites where learners carry out practice tasks.          <description><![CDATA[<p>An encouraging adult is someone in our lives due to whom we get the courage to show our inner creativity without hesitance of being judge. A student always remembers a teacher who is always there for his/her needs. This includes being positive, available for help and allowing a space for making mistakes without hesitance of being punished or being criticized of using own ideas and interests. Whereas, an inhibiting adult is always a nightmare for a student as that type of a teacher is always critical, authoritative, disapproving ideas, no flexibility and no appreciation for motivation.</p><p><br/></p><p>In regards to the question, that how technology is helpful, i must say that it is really important to be flexibility and being ready to accept new challenges where its the matter of educating young minds. And no doubt, technology is playing an effective role in creating young minds, creative and think out of the box by learning and practicing concepts through different mediums and applications such as Socrative and Edmodo. </p><p><br/></p><p>The teacher in the video, showed some awesome strategies for engaging the class by making pairs and doing practice sessions. After every lesson, there is a poll or quiz to analyze if the students have grasped the concept or not which will help the teacher to understand whether the concept is cleared or it needs to be revised before jumping onto exams. </p><p>Lastly, In order to make betterment in student's learning, it is really important to first be a good listener and open to new ideas so that the teaching strategies can be modified accordingly.  plus, it is important to be always available for help and be positive about the results rather than acting as superior entity with an authoritarian attitude. </p>]]></description>
