They can answer questions after a video. I don't learn new things well alone and in isolation...I require immediate reinforcement and assurance, step by step instructions and the use of all modalities, especially my doing what I am learning! I guess it is  why I became a special educator! But everyone has been sensitive, understanding and very willing to help!
