He suggested that Romeo forget about Rosaline, “By giving liberty unto thine eyes./ Examine other beauties.” (I, i, 218-219). By telling Romeo to look at other women, Benvolio started Romeo on his downfall.

He said, “Go thither, and with unattainted eye/ Compare her face with some that I shall show,/ And I will make thee think thy swan a crow.” (I, ii, 87-89). If Romeo had not gone to the party, then Tybalt would not have seen him and challenged him. He also would not have met Juliet. None of the trouble would have started.

If he never swore to kill Romeo he wouldnt have been slain by Romeo as revenge for Mercutio. Tybalt makes the mistake of returning to kill Romeo. "This gentleman, the prince's near ally, My very friend, hath got his mortal hurt In my behalf; my reputation stain'd With Tybalt's slander" (III, i) If Tybalt never returned he would be alive and everyone would be alive and well.

lord and lady Capulet pushed Juliet to marry Paris. lord Capulet threatened to disown Paris lady Capulet stopped caring what Juliet did as long as she wasn't part of it.

1. Tybalt has a mean temper. When Tybalt sees Romeo he was mad and tells his men to grab his sword so he can fight and kill Romeo. 2. He challenged Romeo to a duel. Tybalt said, "Boy, this shall not excuse the injuries/ That thou hast done me. Therefore turn and draw. "(III,i,61-62). 3.Tybalt killed Mercutio. Mercutio insisted that Tybalt fight him and Tybalt agreed stating," i am for you" (III, i, 76). If Tybalt didn't killed Mercutio Romeo wouldn't have to kill Tybalt and get banished.

3. Romeo should have looked after Juliet closer as she was still alive in her tomb. "beauty's ensign yet is crimson in thy lips and in thy cheeks and deaths pale flag is not advanced there-" (V, iii, 99-100). If Romeo noticed how the paleness diddnt cover her face he would be alive and well still.
