Our Teaching Model

At both of our primary schools, we teach using a consistent approach which supports all learners in the classroom. From the model, you can see how we revisit previous learning regularly, as well as focus on showing children their learning before giving them time to try by themselves. This is called an 'I do, we do, you do' approach.

February is Healthy Relationships Month! Navigating new relationships can be difficult for young people and there are high numbers of young people who experience unhealthy relationships and behaviour.

Our Safeguarding Children’s Partnership for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly developed this campaign to raise awareness of child-on-child sexual abuse, showing how easy it is for emotional, physical and sexual abuse to start and go unnoticed before escalating.
