Billy kept pulling my pigtails, so hard my head was sore. My dad's advice as to punch him in the nose the next time he did it. Whether my dad really meant for me to do that or not, I took his advice and the next day gave Billy a bloody nose.
I think I remember it because it's an example of me taking control at an early age. Next year I plan to have those same sign language signs for students to use to silently notify me of their needs.
