         <description><![CDATA[<div>Potato diet restarted today. What is that? Well, you'd have to do a good deal of research on your own to fully understand what I'm doing. But here are the basics. Nothing but potatoes. Breakfast? Potatoes. Lunch Potatoes? Snack? Potatoes. Dessert? Potatoes. How long? Goal is 5 days. Maybe longer. I did a solid 4 days last week, but didn't prepare myself for a weekend trip and fell off the wagon. I lost about 6.5 pounds last week. I'll update my weight loss on Friday. I expect another 2-5 pounds. Today I had sweet potatoes for breakfast and boiled Dutch yellow potatoes for lunch. Dinner was oven fries. If this is mildly interesting, check out SpudFit on youtube.
