"Don't be afraid it won't be perfect. The only thing to be afraid of really is that it won't be." This is what I believe in and want my students to give a shot. Just try. If I see there attempts, that proves there is thought and process occurring. Failure is okay, and in fact, leads to greater success and learning.

It is important for students to feel welcomed, especially in the classroom. I need to make sure students are comfortable with coming up to me with questions or concerns. I encourage questions, however, there is a time and place. I cannot be answering questions all the time because I still need to teach the class. I am thinking of implementing a question box, where they can ask any question and I will answer them in any free time available. There will also be points in the lectures where they can ask questions.

Another important factor is how the space is being used in the classroom. Having chairs and desks that can move can help with changing the size of groups and continuing their support to communicate with one another. Having students be able to move around the classroom, even just coming up and writing on the whiteboard, will open their eyes to what else is available. Not only that, but they will fell more welcomed to be themselves in the classroom.

There will be plenty of times when students will have the opportunity to get hands-on experiences with our animals and plants. This expand our classroom environment as we are physically outside of the classroom and will help the students feel more free.

It is helpful to use Chromebooks or a projector to present slides, but you cannot teach everything online. Students are still learning and growing. Use pen and paper, have group projects, go on field trips.

I am responsible for teaching students technological advances in agriculture. Some examples include greenhouses, self-driving tractors, and desalinization. I am also responsible to teach them the future of technology in Agriculture. Students need to submit their record book for SAE on AET so I get to teach them how to use that website.

Technology is great for helping students advance their learning. They can watch approved videos to either advance their knowledge on a subject or introduce them to something we do not have at our school.

The use of technology is a landmark for students language challenges. Schools offer textbooks online which can be translated into their primary language.

I will incorporate this into guided discussions and even into tests. It will look similar to this, "List three question you have about animals in relation to agriculture."
