The person with the highest IQ in the world gets the privilege to hold the position of president. However, the mayors in the Grand Rooms, assembly chambers situated in every city of the world, have the important job of taking care of the city, laws, and the other departments of society. However, every decision made by the mayors must be approved by the president.
The different laws or changes that are put in place are broadcasted on television and  emails are sent to every person in the city. Every year, on January 1st, citizens from all around the world gather to the Grand Rooms of their city to vote for their new mayor. The laws from different cities can be different, however, the Ten Einstein Laws must remain

the same all around the world and The Stein Diamond is also identical for the whole planet.

Class distinction
The Smart New World is divided into 4 classes. Society was divided to simplify the separation of tasks. This utopian society values nothing but science and will do anything to discover new things. The class of each member of society is determined after the first school year according to the kid's IQ level. Although people can change class by taking a new IQ test, which occurs every three years. Class number one consists of the lowest mental capacity. Consequently, the individuals holding the highest IQ levels are positioned in the fourth class. The following chart specifically indicate the distribution of the population.

Way to maintain order
In the Smart New World, numerous laws indicate what a citizen can or cannot do, but many individuals dedicate their life to maintain order by improving the structure of the society. Its rulers are mostly members of the upper class. Therefore, the politic decisions made are wise and consider the well-development of the community.

An infraction of the law is taken very seriously in the Smart New World. Dozens of upper class members analyze the very few felonies that occur in the society. An individual that is sent to jail for committing an atrocity has his IQ license seized by the government. This kind of permit tells which class a person occupies and his or her IQ. A citizen who loses this essential license is now considered as a ''leftover'', as this person's IQ can't be identified anymore.

Religion
The people of this society don't really follow any religion. They don't dedicate their life and mind to religion which is a waste of time and doesn't help scientific evolution. For them, a God cannot exist because there is no scientific theory that proves its existence. The people of the Smart New World cannot believe in stories of Gods because they value science and not beliefs. Although, they still follow a model, Albert Einstein who dedicated his life to science discovery. His theories are the only things the people believe in and they would prefer putting their time into proving these theories.

Children enter school at the age of five and their first year of schooling consists in experiencing a multitude of different tests and activities. At the tenth month, some geniuses instructors attribute each of the children an IQ level which will determine which school they will attempt for the progression of their education. IQ tests occur every three years to give students the opportunity to change school and, for adults, to upgrade class, but they may also downgrade or just stay the same.

Primary school (10 years)
The different schools give a different degree of education according to the IQ level of its students. The children are not separated into different departments like politics or engineering, but in schools in which the learning speed varies. The depth of the analysis of the subjects is adjusted according to the students' IQ level.

Secondary school
They then have the choice of the department in which they will pursue their studies. There are lesson classes for every sort of profession and for each of the four social classes. The students are meant to choose more and more specific classes as the years pass by. For example, a student who chose engineering for the first year would later have to choose between mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, etc. He could then become specialize in some even more precise part of the field he chose. Of course, some professions are restricted to specific classes. The geniuses are guided to perform jobs demanding a high IQ level such as scientific research. The smart class is educated to perform complex jobs, like doctors or architects, but not as demanding as the ones reserved for the geniuses. The lower classes can execute jobs demanding lower IQ levels. Finally, after secondary school, students are ready to go working in their respective fields. The duration of secondary school varies for each profession.

How schools function
Teachers and students have an amazing relationship in the classrooms and the teachers do a great job to keep the students interested and pleased in class. The teachers encourage the students to learn by themselves. The subjects are taught mostly using simulations so the students would make mistakes, but also learn from them so they can be ready when they will get their jobs.
