Michelle Obama: Sculpture: An open book; I would then go on to describe in my plaque how education was very important to Mrs. Obama and how she worked to improve the lives of school children across America as First Lady. 

Use pages 3 and 4 to help you create your final garden and plaques.  Remember, plaques should include important information about your subject in the plaque cards!

-The design is up to you! But the entire paper MUST be neatly decorated, detailed and clear to read.
-You can use any piece of white paper, or look at the attached 'Templates'. Feel free to download and print out the templates BUT THAT'S NOT NECESSARY! You can create an original design for your final project.
-When we first completed the project you all picked beautiful designs, but some people did not correctly analyze their chosen components.  Remember, you should be providing text evidence and clearly explaining your reasoning.  A good rule of thumb is to write like your audience has NO knowledge about the novel.
