Giving them the opportunity to do spaces with fans and allowing them some form of freedom. Presenting covers and participating in trends like tiktok challenges is also something good that could be enjoyable for everyone. Engaging with fans makes people feel involved. They don't necessarily have to actually play games with fans, but I know for example one girl group placed the game "among us" with fans and sometimes they do video game streams.
