It was a small hand held tool used in textile industries. It created weak fabric that didn't change until the Spinning Jenny was invented. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- used water to power instead of manual labor&nbsp;<br>- used shedding as a process in developing&nbsp;<br>- was made to create yarn faster&nbsp;<br>- had a weaver fix it if it was broken&nbsp;<br>- yarn had to be put into the machine before anything could take place<br><br>The water powered loom created easier ways for yarn to be produced faster using water. By just using water to operate this machine it put many people out of jobs. But this was still a good tool in the easier production of yarn for the textile industries.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
