Since many animals are not seen in practices, should the word "setting" be more appropriate...It would read as follows:  The practice-ready graduate possesses the competencies and confidence required to perform common veterinary activities autonomously or with minimal supervision across multiple species seen in individual and population animal "settings". </p>]]></description>

This also implies there can be no attempt and discussing spectrum of care with clients as needed. In addition, I think "interpersonal skills" vs "communication skills" may be a better fit. We certainly want them to communicate properly but also have the right attitude.</p>]]></description>

This includes an understanding and leveraging a technician’s skillsets and delegating tasks. Thinking about the potentially evolving roles within clinical settings (ie CO mid-level practitioner).</p>]]></description>
