I had drawn in the fair trade logo and used cross hatching to  colour the logo then I had used a hot blow dryer to create a shape with the foam and this is what it turned out like.

I had wanted to use soft tones with the colour pencil to fit the collective audience so it wasn't too realistic.

In the end I had made the elephant cartoon like but not too much so that children were also able to view this and maybe like the design. 
I created an African sunset at the bottom and morphed it all together as one image to represent the country they live in and the help they may need. 
The koi fish were not from Africa, but I wanted to include them so that they represented luck and faith like the Japanese culture, the water I found can get contaminated with the chemicals they use to grow crops and sell them. I wanted to get the proportion right on the elephants head so I could maybe fit 2 elephant heads on the t shirt design I was going to do for my 2D piece.

I had wanted to try and create a basket or some sort of storage box using these and use acrylic paint to colour to tidy it up a little.
