It is important to be able to be understood and it is also important when you are in a team. Being in a team also mean that you have to be respectful of the ideas and values of your members. It is also important that you develop your skills in order for you to grow not only as an individual and also as a worker. We need to assess the risks and hazards in the workplace for us to make solutions to it and to ensure the safety of everyone. 
The LMS was hard to use at first but when you get used to it, it will be easier for you. Iam always doubting my self to lead a team but this training helps me a lot and to understand well how to handle a team. It developed my skills and boost myself esteem. A team leader  need to be a good example and an inspiration to their members.  Good communication leads to a better result. Leader can be able to handle a team with fair treatment. 
   Having a good relationship with a team has contribute a lot of benefits. Work is more fun and enjoyable.

UC 3: Men and women are equally born. Both need a fairness treatment according to their respective needs. Let's forget our belief that men are stronger than women. 
    To have smooth work output we need to manage our work priorities, plan, set a goal and list down the objectives.
 
 UC 4:  One of the best experienced i had is by using 5s seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, shitsuke which originally coming from Japan. As an OFW in japan this 5s is very useful in my everyday life. An i assure you that life is become easier when you apply 5s. 
   Drugs is not a solution to the problem. We all know that every problem their is a solution. Its better to open our problems to others because sometimes we need someone who can listen and give advice. Its a good advice also to do some meditation, medidate yourself in a superb, peace and quiet surroundings. Using drugs have a huge negative impact to our community, society, family especially to yourself its better to stay away in this habit that will cause to a big problem.
