From a teacher's perspective, personalized learning is being flexible and giving the students options to show their growth and progress. I liked the infographic because I am an audio/ visual learner and I appreciate efficiency and simplicity. I especially liked the 7th grade Social Studies example. To personalize is to create a learning experience that meets the needs and the interests of students to increase student engagement and improve student learning. This professional development has been personalized for me by providing options on how I would like to learn more about personalized learning.
