PRE SCHOOL

Pre-school is where it all began for me, socializing and realizing I CAN actually be a bit rowdy and all-noisy. I played with my friends alot, though often times I become shy especially when approaching new people. But after meeting a special few, I began to change and shed skin bit by bit.

Elementary is where I really hit the scales, unnecessarily unbalanced in both sides. I am super rowdy, active or noisy, or the other way around in which I avoid contact, become super quiet, or over all chill. This was my grade 1 graduation pic

Hello future Jakob, all I really wanna say is that I hope we become something more than what we used to think we'd be (the lower rock bottom self). We've made a few promises to some certain people to change, and so we have to, and I hope you did. I hope you reach a level that is worth recognition, in which you are not devoured by pride, lust, or any of that selfishness you so secretly hide, (and yes I am as conscious and self aware as you might be) (I HOPE atleast). Be better, for everyone and for yourself. I hope in med-school (if u are in med-school as we previously agreed on nursing) you are able to endure and survive. Maybe in the future too we would meet Ischia again in another time? or another circumstance to rephrase. whatever :PP

you are loved, even if I've convinced myself I am now, I say this to you as this "brain-washed" version of yourself so take this as it is.

most memorable would probably that I've joined a couple of new bands recently within my time in AdDu SHS:(Mayer band, Liwanag Band, ABB band for Holy Cross performance, and the most recent and recently consistent, K2-12 BAND!!)

Was the subject Personal Development helpful for you? How did this subject help you know yourself more?
Yes, Personal Development was very helpful because it encouraged me to look at who I am beyond academics. Through the activities and reflections, I learned to recognize my strengths, weaknesses, and the things that truly motivate me. It helped me understand how my habits and mindset shape my decisions and relationships. Overall, it guided me to see myself more clearly and inspired me to keep improving.

What were your key takeaways from the subject?
I learned that understanding yourself is the first step to becoming a better version of who you are. Personal Development taught me the value of self-discipline, emotional control, and having a positive attitude toward change. It reminded me that growth is not always easy, but it’s possible when you stay consistent and open to learning. I also realized that personal success comes from balancing your goals, relationships, and self-care.

What two topics were your favorites and why?
My favorite topics were Goal Setting and Managing Stress. I liked Goal Setting because it helped me organize my plans and stay focused on what I want to achieve. It made me see that having clear and realistic goals gives direction to my actions. Managing Stress, on the other hand, taught me healthy ways to cope with pressure and stay calm during difficult times. Both topics were practical and made a real difference in my daily life.
