My role in this video is to deliver a message to those who feel lonely and lost in life. Sometimes we feel empty even when surrounded by people. We search for peace in this world, but true peace only comes from Allah.

The way to overcome this is by returning to Allah and remembering Him often. Take time to pray sincerely, read the Qur’an, and make du’a to Him. Remember, Allah never leaves us, it is we who often forget Him.

When we return to Allah, our hearts will find peace, and life will feel more meaningful. Every test we face is a sign of His love, reminding us to return to the right path.

Video Assignment Link:

https://youtu.be/qkrtUMwwRuk?si=B6EiCv1dDSfTbUkL

In week 1, I had learned lot of things which is the meaning of usrah, hadith jibril and adab in seeking knowledge.

Usrah

In Islam, usrah means “family,” but in practice it refers to a small group gathering where Muslims come together to study, remind each other of Allah, and strengthen their character. It creates a family-like environment of support, brotherhood, and learning.

Adab in Seeking Knowledge

Adab means good manners. In seeking knowledge, it includes sincerity, humility, respect for teachers, practicing patience, and applying what is learned. Without adab, knowledge may not bring true benefit or blessings.

Hadith Jibril

The Hadith Jibril is a famous narration where the Angel Jibril (Gabriel) came in the form of a man to ask the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ about Islam, Iman (faith), Ihsan (excellence), and the signs of the Last Day. This hadith shows the foundation of the religion and also teaches us how seeking knowledge involves asking questions with respect and learning with sincerity.

In week 2, I learned about pillars of iman.

Pillars of Iman (faith) are the six fundamental beliefs in Islam. They were explained by the Prophet Muhammad SAW in the Hadith Jibril. Here’s a simple explanation of each:

1. Belief in Allah (Iman billah)

To believe that Allah is the one and only God, with no partners. He is the Creator, Sustainer, and the only one worthy of worship.

2. Belief in Angels (Iman bil malaikah)

Angels are created from light, they do not disobey Allah, and each has specific duties (like Jibril bringing revelation, Israfil blowing the trumpet, etc.).

3. Belief in the Divine Books (Iman bil kutub)

Muslims believe in the holy books revealed by Allah to His messengers, including the Torah (to Musa), the Zabur (to Dawud), the Injil (to Isa), and the Qur’an (to Muhammad SAW), which is the final and complete revelation.

4 .Belief in the Messengers (Iman bir rusul)

Allah sent prophets and messengers to guide mankind, from Adam to Muhammad SAW (the last and final messenger). All conveyed the message of worshiping Allah alone.

5. Belief in the Day of Judgment (Iman bil yawmul akhir)

Muslims believe that all people will be resurrected after death and judged by Allah for their deeds. Heaven and Hell are real, and everyone’s final place depends on their faith and actions.

6. Belief in Qada’ and Qadar (Iman bil qada’ wal qadar)

This means belief in divine decree, that everything happens by Allah’s knowledge, wisdom, and will, whether good or bad. However, humans still have responsibility for their choices.

In week 3, i have learn more deeper about belief in qada dan qadar, belief in rasul and anbiya and belief in hereafter.

1. Belief in Qada’ and Qadar (Divine Decree and Predestination)

This means believing that everything that happens in the universe — good or bad — is according to Allah’s knowledge, will, and wisdom. Nothing is outside His control.

   -Trust Allah in every situation.

   -Accept difficulties with patience.

-Avoid arrogance when we succeed, because everything is from Him.

2. Belief in the Rasul and Anbiya (Prophets and Messengers)

Allah sent many prophets (anbiya) and messengers (rusul) to guide mankind, starting from Prophet Adam until Prophet Muhammad SAW, the final messenger.

-All of them preached the same core message: to worship Allah alone and avoid shirk (associating partners with Him).

-Some messengers were given holy books (like Musa with the Torah, Isa with the Injil, and Muhammad SAW with the Qur’an).

-Believing in them means respecting their teachings, loving them, and following the example of Prophet Muhammad SAW as the last messenger.

3. Belief in the Hereafter (Life after Death)

This is the belief that after death, every soul will be resurrected and judged by Allah.

-The Day of Judgment when everyone is held accountable.

-Paradise (Jannah) as the eternal reward for the believers.

-Hell (Jahannam) as the punishment for those who reject Allah.

In week 4, I have learn about the meaning of Ihsan and eschatology

Ihsan

The word ihsan means excellence or perfection in worship and behavior. In the Hadith Jibril, the Prophet SAW explained that ihsan is “to worship Allah as if you see Him, and if you cannot see Him, then know that He surely sees you.”

-In worship : Ihsan means performing prayers, fasting, and other acts sincerely, with full concentration and devotion.

-In daily life : Ihsan means showing kindness, honesty, and respect to others, even when no one is watching, because Allah is always aware.

-It is the highest level of faith after Islam (submission) and Iman (belief).

So, ihsan makes a Muslim’s actions beautiful — not just correct, but full of sincerity and excellence.

Eschatology in Islam

Eschatology means the study of what happens after death and at the end of time (akhirah). In Islam, it includes belief in the Hereafter and all the events that will take place.

-After death (Barzakh): The soul enters the grave, where it awaits resurrection. The questioning by the angels Munkar and Nakir happens here.

-The Day of Judgment (Qiyamah): All humans will be resurrected and judged by Allah for their deeds.

-Signs of the Last Day: Like the coming of Dajjal, the return of Prophet Isa (Jesus), Ya’juj and Ma’juj, and the great natural events.

-Final destinations: Paradise (Jannah) for those who believed and lived righteously, and Hell (Jahannam) for those who rejected faith and committed evil.

Eschatology reminds Muslims that this world is temporary and that true success lies in preparing for the eternal life to come.

In week 5, I had learned about what is adab ,adab vs akhlaq ,and adab toward parents.

In Islam, adab means good manners, discipline, and proper behavior that reflect a Muslim’s respect toward Allah, people, and oneself. It shows how a person acts and speaks according to Islamic teachings in daily life. Akhlaq, on the other hand, refers to one’s inner moral character and attitude, such as honesty, patience, and kindness. While akhlaq is the root of good values within the heart, adab is the outward expression of those values through actions and behavior. Among the most important forms of adab is adab toward parents, which includes obeying them in all good matters, speaking politely, showing gratitude for their sacrifices, caring for them with love and respect, and praying for their well-being. Islam strongly emphasizes honoring parents, as mentioned in the Qur’an: “My Lord, have mercy upon them as they brought me up when I was small” (Surah Al-Isra’, 17:24). Therefore, adab and akhlaq together form the foundation of a Muslim’s character and relationship with others.
