         <title>Benefits of co-teaching teachers</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>~ As co-teachers work together longer over the years, they will be able to form a bond and be able to form an effective co-teaching style for the classroom.<br>~ Co-teaching allows both teachers to work off of each other to form a method of teaching that benefits not only special education students, but also the general student population.</div><div>~ Having this pairing of teachers allows the general education teacher to teach in a style that is comfortable for them and having a special education teacher with them allows someone else to simplify or allow children with disabilities to learn in a way that is helpful for them.</div><div>~ Co-teaching allows more opportunities for small group and one-to-one learning, and stronger modeling during lessons.</div><div>~ The co-planning process encourages two teachers to bounce ideas off each other in order to deliver the strongest, most creative lessons.</div><div>~ It is nice to have another adult in the room!</div><div><br></div>]]></description>
