This is the first element that we were going to work on. 

Assigned workshops have been created for some learners and online short courses to improve learners confidence. 

As this has been an area that has been mentioned throughout the questionnaires, we have provisionally agreed to add a confidence element into all learners SMART targets within ILP's. As it is Easter at the end of March. We are donating Easter Eggs to a local Children’s Home. Can you spread the word and ask if learners would be so kind and buy an Easter Egg  for a child at the home and bring it to the office. 

We will be delivering them all to the home.
