         <description><![CDATA[<div>I tried to give up drinking too much soda, I decided to drink Orange juice instead, and now I don't have kidney issues anymore.<br><br>Right now I am trying to sleep at least 6 hours per night but I can't because I keep staying up even around 2:00 am watching videos on YouTube, and of course I hardly sleep a couple of hours. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I totally agree with you, sometimes it isn't easy to exercise when you have many things to do, in my case I work and study and I've found it difficult to do both things a day but I've gotten a stationary bicycle to exercise while I'm listening videos from my classes.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I've totally been in your shoes, I was someone who always had a hard time waking up early, sometimes I have to wake up early for my university classes or because I have to head up to the office and I know it's pretty hard to wake up but what I've done to be able to wake up early is to sleep around 7 hours and now I don't even set an alarm to wake up, it's like if my body has gotten used to the routine.</div>]]></description>
