What abilities do professional bed testers have to got?

It is not an easy job as you think because you have got to have some abilities to be a professional bed tester. First of all you need to be able to fall asleep in different surroundings, usually away from home.You need to have the ability to sleep knowing people are watching you and have no problem with sleeping with  wires or machines attached to you for detailed reports. After you wake up you have to detail your sleep quality in a report. You need to have the ability tomake quality observations. Also you must have good communication skills and must be healthy.

As the other jobs there are also pros and cons of being a professional bed tester. Of course the best thing about this job is getting paid to sleep! But that is not all
they can receive medical treatment for any sleep-related products. They still get paid for the days of any study completed, even if you don’t complete the entire study.They learn more about your own sleep habits and can often get sleep products free of charge. These are some of the good things about profesional bed testers but we must see the disadvantages of this profession. First of all they may have to adjust to your lifestyle (example: no sugar, no alcohol...) for certain studies. Sometimes they have to spend a good amount of time away from home and their family. As an economical factor they don't have a regular income; instead, they usually paid per project. Unlike other professions the work is not guaranteed, and you will need to find studies or projects to work on by yourself. And they may have to wait to participate in another study in some cases (some studies may require them to wait a month or more before working on another sleep trial or study).

    One of the professional bed tester Ieva Baradouska, a Slovenian living in London, the capital of England, is doing the job that everyone dreams of. The young woman, who tests the comfort of the beds in a company, gets a salary of 6 thousand 250 pounds, or 33 thousand liras per month, by lying down all day.

Listening to the complaints of the customers, Baradouska gives suggestions to the company for the beds to be better. The young woman stated that good mattresses should provide 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep.

Baradouska, who has been working for the company for 13 years, has been testing the comfort of beds for 6 years. Coppersmiths receive their training from masters. Because coopersmithing requires dexterity. They work for many years and train students.  They work in small, hot and old workshop. 


Coopersmiths were very populer in Turkey in the 1970s. But people later turned to steel and porcelain.  Because they are more useful than copper.

Copper has become populer again recently. Tourists love copper items.  Coppersmiths are quite satisfied with the situation.
