Questions 2: Complete the questions the students ask.
1. Is there free internet access everywhere on the campus?
Ans : not absolutely everywhere unfortunately. We do have whales in most areas, certainly in your room in the student union, in the library and also in your department building. You will need separate password. 

2. Where I can get more information about that? 
Ans : you need to ask your tutor or the administrator in your department. 

3. How do I take books out of the library? 
Ans : main library you can borrow up to 10 books. And journals out of the main library or online. 

4. What time the last bus from town?
Ans : It’s about 11 pm.

5. What happened you miss it?
Ans : city night buses which one all night.

6. And is the university bus free or do you have to pay?
Ans : yes it’s free. If you have student bus cards.

Task 7: asking questions to get further information :
1. Work in pairs you are going to take part in a question and answer session similar to the one in task 6. Student A: turn to page 162. Student B: turn to page 164.

a. Where I get advice about changing my course? 
Ans : you must see your course tutor if you want to change your course, but it may not be possible. 

b. Where I get a list of books to buy?
Ans : you can get a list of books from your department, but check if they are in the library before you buy them.

c. If what are you sick or unable to attend a lecture? 
Ans : you must email your tutor to tell them a minimum of two hours before the lecture.

d. When I pay for my accommodation? 
Ans : you must pay for your accommodation before the first day of term.

e. Can I taking my laptop / tablet / mobile into lectures? 
Ans : you can take a laptop or tablet into a lecture but you can't use a phone. 

f. How I get a student card? 
Ans : you can get a student card from the students union. You will need a passport photo. The card cost £10.

g. Where eat at lunchtime? 
Ans : there are restaurants and sandwich bars in the students union building.

h. Is use the university fitness centre?
